Founded by Maryland native Breanna Land, our organization is dedicated to providing safe, supportive, and empowering independent living environments for individuals in transition. We believe everyone deserves dignity, stability, and the chance to thrive.

We serve Veterans, seniors, individuals with mental health challenges or disabilities, those in recovery, survivors of domestic violence, and people re-entering the community after incarceration. Our homes offer more than shelter—they foster healing, growth, and renewed independence through accountability, life skills, and empowerment.

Rooted in community and compassion, we partner with local organizations across Maryland to connect residents with the resources they need to build stronger, more fulfilling lives.
